NC Ports Authority Extends Smith Contract

Smith, a 26-year-old agency, has handled the ports authority account for nine years. The direct marketing component of its upcoming ad campaign includes the Internet. The agency's mission is to convey the importance of North Carolina's ports to consumers and businesses.
