NBA's Hill to Debut McDonald's Olympic Chat Sessions

McDonald's will host a live chat tomorrow with NBA All-Star Grant Hill, the first in a series of chats to promote the upcoming 2000 Olympic Games.

The chat can be accessed through the McDonald's Web site, www.mcdonalds.com, as well as through Hill's site, www.granthill.com.

Hill, a gold medalist at the 1996 Olympics, will answer questions from fans and offer tips on becoming an Olympic athlete. McDonald's will host chats before and throughout the Olympics. In addition to his athletic credentials, Hill is also a McDonald's spokesman.

The chats are expected to drive traffic to the site, which features an Olympic icon. When visitors click on the icon, they will find Olympic news, interactive games, and links to other Olympic-themed Web sites.

The 2000 Olympics are scheduled to begin Friday, Sept. 15 in Sydney, Australia.
