NBA Teams Up with StratBridge For CRM

The National Basketball Association said yesterday it has tapped StratBridge to provide NBA teams with access to StratTix data analysis software, which the league expects will enhance ticket sales.

Throughout the year, NBA teams will be able to use technology to manage ticket inventory, including access to graphical representations of sold and available in-arena seating, analysis of ticket sales and individual seating information for every game. The StratTix Premium service will give teams access sales information at any time.

Last season the NBA set an all-time attendance record for the second consecutive season with 22 million fans attending NBA regular and postseason games.

StratTix will also provide NBA teams with access to a predictive analytics tool that will offer information on various team promotional strategies.
