Naviant Technology Solutions, Newton Square, PA, a customer relationship management systems consulting and services provider, and Carleton Corp., Minnetonka, MN, a provider of customer data management solutions, have announced a strategic alliance that will enable rapid deployment of customer-centric "closed-loop" marketing systems. Those systems are intended to give organizations the ability to fully capitalize on the benefits of CRM solutions.


The partnership will include joint marketing, selling, training, services and technical support. It is also going to allow both companies to capitalize on their abilities to deliver a complete technology and services offering to speed delivery of CRM applications. Naviant provides help to organizations by designing and implementing CRM systems that completely integrate all sales channels and customer touch points. Carleton's product, called Pure*View, enables CRM and customer analytical applications by integrating diverse customer data from across an enterprise.
