Nasdaq Moves to Delist Paper Products Marketer

Concepts Direct Inc. received delisting notification from Nasdaq, the company said last week.

Nasdaq took the action after indicating that the direct marketer of paper products failed to comply with the minimum $2.5 million stockholders' equity requirement for continued listing, Concepts Direct said.

The company's common stock will be delisted from the Nasdaq SmallCap Market at the opening of business Jan. 15. The company anticipates that its common stock will be quoted on the OTC Bulletin Board following its delisting from the Nasdaq SmallCap Market.

Concepts Direct mainly sells personalized paper products as well as gift items, home decorative items, collectibles and apparel online and through catalogs, including Colorful Images, Linda Anderson and Snoopy etc.
