*MySoftware Inks Deals With Netscape, Intuit

MySoftware, Palo Alto, CA, will announce today that its online list building tool, MyProspects.com, is being promoted by Netscape and Intuit.

MyProspects will be available in March as a value-added service to small business customers on the Netscape Small Business Channel within the Netcenter site and Netcenter's over 10 million members. Intuit will make MyProspects available this month on its Small Business by Quicken.com site (www.quickenbiz.com). Both companies will provide a link to www.MyProspects.com from their sites.

MyProspects enables users to enter a target profile and download mailing lists in small quantities from consumer and business databases licensed by Polk and Experian. MySoftware estimates that e-prospecting represents a $1.1 billion market.
