MySimon to Use Gomez Advisors' Online Ratings Program
MySimon, Santa Clara, CA, agreed yesterday to use Gomez Advisors' Merchant Certification program to rate service offerings of its online merchants in various product categories.The program will rate the quality of service delivery for Web sites listed on mySimon.
The certification information will appear as a three-diamond scale below a merchant's logo or name and a link to a page with detailed information about the merchant.
