MyPoints Folds COO Title
MyPoints.com said Friday that it is shifting the responsibilities of its chief operating officer into the president's position, which is currently held by Layton Han.Chaz Berman, the former chief operating officer, left MyPoints following the company's restructuring.
MyPoints, San Francisco, is searching for a CEO. The company said it expects to announce the hiring of a CEO during the first quarter of 2001 and is considering several candidates.
