Internet music retailer Cdnow, Jenkintown, PA, and audio software developer MusicMatch, Camas, WA, announced a joint marketing agreement that integrates MusicMatch's Web site and Jukebox software with Cdnow's catalog of more than 250,000 items.

Users of the Jukebox software, which allows creation of a database of music downloaded from the Web or recorded from music CDs, can be directly linked to the Cdnow Web site by clicking on a "Buy now" button on their monitors. They can be linked to either the page of the artist they are listening to or Cdnow's home page. They can purchase a single track or the entire CD. The agreement makes Cdnow the exclusive retailer of music for MusicMatch.
