Music123, Woodwind and Brasswind launch new loyalty programs
Music123 and Woodwind and Brasswind, sister companies that sell musical instruments, equipment and accessories, have launched new loyalty initiatives using the Loyalty Lab platform.
Music123, a Web store that caters to aspiring rock stars and emphasizes guitars, keyboards, bass and drums, has launched the Backstage Pass Rewards Program. Woodwind and Brasswind a multichannel retailer that targets school music programs and scholastic bands and orchestras, is offering The Woodwind and Brasswind Rewards.
Both companies are based in South Bend, IN, and both programs reward points for purchases that can be redeemed for credits toward future purchases and give members access to special offers and promotions.
San Francisco, CA-based Loyalty Lab Inc., an on-demand loyalty and customer relationship solution provider, offers the technology to support the programs, handling registrations, matching purchases to members and tracking rewards.
