Music Network, RCA Partner

The Music Marketing Network, New York, recently announced a long-term agreement with the RCA Label Group/RLG Nashville to offer the record company a variety of customized database and research services.

As a result of the agreement, MMN will build a consumer database through "bounceback" cards that will be inserted in new RCA releases and distributed at concerts. The cards will monitor consumer demographic and entertainment habits information.

"RLG's venture with MMN will further our ability to understand our ever-changing consumer and dynamic market," said Butch Waugh, senior vice president/general manager for the RCA Label Group.
