The Right Start Signs RightNow for CRM

Children's specialty retailer The Right Start recently began using RightNow Technologies' CRM software to unify sales, customer service and marketing processes across its brick-and-mortar stores, catalog and Web site, the Bozeman, MT-based retailer reported May 16.

The Right Start carries strollers, car seats, developmental toys, books, videos, music, nursery accessories and home safety items. It is the largest national specialty retailer of juvenile products, according to the company.

RightNow's CRM software will let the company engage customers more effectively, including by notifying registry participants about a child's changing needs and allowing parents to update registries. Also, the platform will help The Right Start provide a consistent customer experience across all channels and let its customer service staff provide more personalized and informative service.
