Restoration Hardware Nails Q3 With 78% Jump in Direct Sales

Restoration Hardware reported yesterday that direct-to-consumer sales jumped 78 percent in its fiscal third quarter ended Oct. 30.


The Corte Madera, CA, multichannel marketer of items for the home also reported that net revenue increased 23 percent in the quarter to $118.2 million. Same-store sales rose 8.7 percent.


For the nine months ended Oct. 30, net revenue was $338 million, a 24 percent increase over the year-ago period. Same-store sales rose 9 percent in this period while direct-to-consumer sales gained 91 percent.
