Reliable Corp. Acquires Fidelity Direct

The Reliable Corp., a direct marketing subsidiary of Boise Cascade Office Products Corp., Itasca, IL, announced last week that it has acquired Fidelity Direct, a national direct marketer of packing, shipping and graphic arts products with annualized sales of $10 million.


"The Fidelity acquisition will add two well-established niche market catalogs to Reliable's offering for business customers," said Richard L. Black, president of Reliable. "This acquisition is a good example of Reliable's strategy to expand into other product categories."


Boise is one of the world's leading business-to-business distributors of products for the office, with operations in the United States, Australia, Canada, France, Germany and the United Kingdom.
