Printer Mail-Well Expands DM Wing

The printer Mail-Well Inc. strengthened its commitment to the direct marketing industry this week when the company agreed to buy Direct Graphics Inc., providers of direct mail printing and services.


Direct Graphics, Sidney, OH., reported sales of $21 million in 1998.


"Direct Graphics full-service capability expands Mail-Well's current direct mail sales and will provide selling and other synergies with our envelope and other direct mail businesses," said Gerald Mahoney, chairman of Mail-Well, Englewood, CL.


Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
