JesterTek Debuts Real Estate Marketing Product

JesterTek has introduced a real estate marketing tool called JestPoint, which is designed to let potential home buyers take self-guided visual tours of properties while standing outside a real estate office and pointing through the window at a large video screen.

Potential buyers can point at the video display monitor and take virtual walks through a broker's inventory, even if the office is closed or an agent is busy with other clients, JesterTek said.

JesterTek said the JestPoint system can increase sales not only for real estate agencies by turning their front window into a full-featured sales channel but also for any type of store. Potential customers can search for properties based on price, size, location or other criteria without a broker's assistance.

The system comes with optional print and telephone functions that let shoppers request a print record of a listing or leave a phone message with the listing agent by pointing to those options on the screen menu. JestPoint is delivered as a turnkey system that combines an integrated video screen, camera, computer and software with installation, training and support.

The system reports provide marketing data indicating which houses, price ranges or areas are getting the most interest.
