The Sightward system automates the predictive modeling process, analyzes demographic and psychographic customer data and identifies predictive features that motivate a customer to act. Armed with forward-looking information, direct marketers gain insight to strengthen relationships with their most profitable customers and mitigate risks.


The system also lets direct marketers rank their most profitable customers, reactivate dormant customers, customize offers and promotions, reduce churn and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
