The seasonal Web site is the official sponsor of the NCAA tourney. The site has been featuring pages dedicated to each tournament team, real-time textual play-by-play of each game, statistics, TV schedules for the tourney, audio-video game highlights and analysts' commentary. Video footage of feature stories on star players such as Duke point guard Jason Williams also has been available. is a division of Quokka Sports Inc. Quokka, San Francisco, is the proprietary owner of TotalCast technology, which allows the text-based play-by-play coverage.

Financial terms of the Quokka-NCAA deal were not disclosed.
