DirectStuff.com Sells 2 Web Sites to Save.com

DirectStuff.com., Pittsburgh, yesterday sold its MyCoupons.com and DirectCoupons.com Web sites to Save.com, Culver City, CA.


The sale is part of a two-year cash and marketing agreement valued at $23 million.


DirectStuff will continue to manage both sites, as well as Save.com's site, an online distributor of consumer packaged goods coupons backed by coupon company Valassis.


Visitors to MyCoupons and Direct Coupons will be able to print grocery coupons directly from the site. Coupon collectors visiting Save.com will be able to access MyCoupons and DirectCoupons.


MyCoupons and DirectStuff will also be able to deliver billions of print impressions through Valassis Sunday Free Standing Insert to help drive traffic to their sites.
