Day-Timers Mails Personalized Catalog
Day-Timers sent out a personalized fall product catalog earlier this month to 3 million current and prospective customers based on the success of an initial test earlier this year. The spring catalog introduced the personalized "It's All About You" campaign and saw a "big lift in response rates," according to the company. The catalogs feature customized information; personalized sample planner pages can be customized to include specific date reminders for individual customers for events such as birthdays and family reunions.
