Clickability Launches Online Publishing Service

Clickability, a provider of online publishing services, yesterday unveiled CMPublish, a new content management system that will enable e-businesses to manage and deliver content to their online audience.


According to Clickability, CMPublish will be the first self-adapting publishing platform and will integrate with Clickability's suite of Intelligent Online Publishing Solutions, or I-OPS, to manage the entire online publishing process from creation and analysis, to the distribution and adaptation of Web site content.


CMPublish will complete the company's online publishing service. It will now enable publishers to understand reader preferences and to update their site based on these preferences, the company said.


"CMPublish was architected to leverage the interactive nature of the Internet," said John Girard, co-founder and CEO of Clickability, San Francisco. "Rather than acting as a virtual bulletin board where companies push one-size fits all content to their readers, CMPublish delivers content intelligence, enabling companies to present content based on readers' preferences."


Other I-OPS modules include CMWare, CMCreate, CMDistribute, IMWare, IMInteract, IMMEasure and IMAdapt.
