Direct marketing firm Advo Inc. last week announced the launch of, a new consumer Web site that complements its direct mail service. Advo delivers Shopwise brand postcards to 60 million households every week. gives Advo clients the ability to target consumers online with product and service offers. Advo tapped for the technology and infrastructure to power its Web site. Permission-based back-end technology will be tailored to individual customers' ZIP codes to give retailers the ability to tailor offers to consumer shopping preferences and geographical locations.
