Abercrombie & Fitch Picks CallTech for Teleservices

CallTech, Columbus, OH, will provide phone customer support for abercrombie customers initially and later will add e-mail support.
In addition to Columbus, CallTech operates contact centers in Fort Myers, FL, and Brownsville, PA. The company has been in business since 1996 and specializes in Web-enabled call centers.
Abercrombie & Fitch is CallTech's first major retail client. Other CallTech clients include BellSouth, Priceline.com and Universal Studios.
