MSN Will List PriceGrabber Products

MSN struck a deal yesterday to list comparison-shopping service PriceGrabber.com's selection of products from thousands of online retailers on its MSN Shopping site.

The deal comes just days after eBay announced its $480 million cash purchase of Shopping.com and after E.W. Scripps' all-cash deal with Shopzilla.com for $525 million.

PriceGrabber, Los Angeles, is the seventh-largest comparison-shopping service after Shopping.com, Shopzilla, Yahoo Shopping, NexTag, Shop.com and Froogle. As an MSN offer provider, PriceGrabber will display products from merchants in categories like home and garden, apparel, consumer electronics and entertainment.
