MSA Picks Up Optima Direct Contract

Contact center provider MSA Solutions has won a contract to provide customer acquisition for credit-card marketing campaigns operated by Optima Direct, MSA Solutions said yesterday.


MSA Solutions will be involved in multiple programs to acquire new customers for Optima Direct. Financial details of the agreement were not disclosed.


Founded in 1975, MSA Solutions, Tempe, AZ, is a full-service CRM provider specializing in the banking, telecommunications, retail and financial services industries. The company operates a multichannel contact center at its Tempe headquarters, where it performs telephone marketing and upselling for North American clients.


Optima Direct, Vienna, VA, is an integrated direct marketing agency. The company operates 200 call centers in the United States and Canada. Optima Direct is the teleservices arm of Rapp Collins, New York.


Optima Direct serves clients in financial services, insurance, retail, utilities, travel, consumer goods, pharmaceutical, membership services, publishing and fundraising. The company also does work on political campaigns.
