Mrs. Beasley's to Use Patriotic Packaging

Mrs. Beasley's has introduced a line of six holiday products in red, white and blue packaging.

The Beverly Hills cataloger and retailer of gift baskets of fresh-baked goods will donate 10 percent of the proceeds from the sale of these items to the American Red Cross.

"Many of our customers asked if we could use our Fourth of July packaging for their holiday gifts because they wanted to send gifts this year that reflected the national mood and the economy," said Ken Harris, Mrs. Beasley's CEO.

He said that 10 percent of the sales will be designated as a donation for the victims of the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks.

"The response, especially from business, has been brisk," Harris said.

In addition to the catalog, the company's products are available on the Web at www.mrsbeasleys.com and at six retail stores in Southern California.
