Twitter has hired Pam Kramer as its first VP of consumer marketing. The appointment takes effect this week, the social media company said July 26.

Agency president Scott Neslund will lead Moxie Interactive after CEO Joel Lunenfeld leaves the Publicis Groupe-owned digital shop on August 15. Neslund's title will remain president and he will join the North America management committee of parent agency ZenithOptimedia.
