MovieFone, American Express Team Up

American Express and movie listing guide and ticketing service, MovieFone (777-FILM) recently entered into a long-term marketing partnership to promote telephone and Internet ticketing for movies. American Express also will become a national sponsor of MovieFone and its online sister service, MovieLink.com (www.movielink.com).


The two will jointly pay for marketing programs that will reward moviegoers when they use American Express cards to buy tickets through either of the services. MovieFone will promote American Express on the MovieFone telephone service, MovieLink and its national advertising campaign, while American Express will promote MovieFone to its cardholders and the public.
