More Than Half of Fortune 100 Companies Use DoubleClick Network

DoubleClick Inc., New York, said yesterday that more than half of the Fortune 100 companies are advertising across its network.


The company said Fortune 100 companies advertising across the DoubleClick Network include General Motors, Verizon Communications, Sprint, Motorola Inc. and SBC Communications.


DoubleClick said that in October, offline companies accounted for almost half of new advertisers on the Web. Overall, online advertising has more than doubled since January last year, the company said.
