One Voice Technologies Inc., San Diego, said yesterday that it would provide voice interaction capabilities to career management Web site Monster.com as part of a strategic relationship.The technology will allow Monster.com, Maynard, MA, to have dynamic conversations with its visitors. In return, Monster.com will become a One Voice Intelligent Voice Animated Navigator preferred site. When IVAN preferred users ask for help finding a new job or making a career change, IVAN will bring them to Monster.com.
Monster.com customers will be greeted by a customizedMonster.com animated navigator that will guide them through the job search process.
