MKTG VPs Open New DM Shop
List industry veterans Richard Vergara and Jeff Kobil this week opened List Data Strategies Group Inc., a new list services firm in New York.The firm offers list brokerage, database development, list processing, analytics, modeling and online marketing services. Its focus is direct marketers in publishing, entertainment, fundraising and catalog marketing.
The firm's offices are at 500 Seventh Ave., 10th Floor. It can be reached at 646/312-8910.
The former MKTG Services Inc. executives will head the new company, and each has more than 20 years of direct marketing experience.
Both held executive posts at The Kleid Company Inc. and moved to Stevens-Knox & Associates Inc. when Kleid folded in March 1998. Stevens-Knox was acquired by MKTG -- then known as MSGi -- in January 1999.
