Mitchell & Resnikoff, Elkins, PA, has been named agency of record for ContiLeasing and Security Resources.ContiLeasing is the equipment leasing subsidiary of ContiFinancial, Voorhees, NJ. Security Resources, Clinton, CT, is a start-up company that provides funding and turn-key marketing packages for security and alarm dealers.
