Mission Hill Family Winery Goes Live With Microsoft CRM

iFusion Solutions Inc., a Microsoft certified partner and provider of Microsoft CRM, said Friday that Canada's Mission Hill Winery, went live with its implementation of Microsoft CRM.

Mission Hill is using Microsoft CRM to track feedback from the thousands of comment cards that they receive weekly from guests attending their wine tours and private functions. Putting this information into a central repository allows Mission Hill to know their customers better and gain the ability to improve the overall experience of their guests.

"Initially, the goal of this project was for simple contact management ... the Microsoft CRM solution provided by iFusion gives us a relational tool that we can use to better serve the thousands of guests that visit our winery every year," Ingrid Dilschneider, manager of winery marketing and guest services at Mission Hill Winery, said in a statement.
