MindArrow, PrimeResponse Join Forces

MindArrow Systems Inc., Aliso Viejo, CA, a Web-based application service provider solutions vendor, and PrimeResponse Inc., Cambridge, MA, a business-to-consumer relationship marketing vendor, announced an agreement this week designed to help organizations improve marketing effectiveness and customer interaction.


The agreement will incorporate MindArrow's eBrochures into PrimeResponse's relationship marketing solution, Prime@Vantage. EBrochures are Web-based multimedia messages combining video, audio, graphics and hyperlinks into compressed files delivered via e-mail or downloaded from a Web page.


This integration will allow PrimeResponse customers to deliver rich media marketing communications from a Web browser interface. Customers that create text or HTML-based marketing offers via e-mail and the Web can use eBrochures to build and execute targeted marketing messages. Customers will also be able to distribute the eBrochures independently or in conjunction with text and HTML-based marketing campaigns.


EBrochures solutions do not require plug-ins, players or streaming, so companies can deliver high-quality video messages even over a dial-up connection. In addition, MindArrow's Web-based, self-service solution allows sales organizations to send and track one-to-one rich media messages to individual prospects while allowing marketing organizations to develop and manage complete eBrochure campaigns.
