Millennium Launches Call Center, Will Handle Web-Based Chat, E-Mail
Millennium Teleservices, Woodbridge, NJ, last month opened a call center in Logan, WV. The Internet-enabled facility, which Millennium built on the top of a former municipal parking deck, will employ 400. Millennium said the center has installed an Aspect Customer Relationship Portal in the center, enabling it to handle Web-based chat, e-mail management, customer callback options and other features. It now operates 27 centers, primarily in the Midwest.
