The Body + Soul file reaches 265,000 active subscribers to this health and wellness publication. Subscribers are 87 percent female with a median age of 51 and a median household income of $112,000. The average subscription price is $14.95 for eight issues.


The file is selectable by geography, recency, gender, source, paid, active and expires. Enhanced selects include age, income, purchase and lifestyle categories. The base price is $105/M.


Millard suggests the list for offers such as health/fitness, home catalogs, fundraising and a variety of women's offers.
