Millard Offers Order-Status Web Page
Millard Group Inc. yesterday debuted an order-status page on its Web site.The page was created to allow list brokers access to the status of pending orders placed with Millard's list management division.
Through a link on the home page, brokers can reach the order-status page, where orders can be viewed by the broker's order number and mail date. Orders also can be looked up using the Millard order number once the broker has obtained it.
The status of multiple orders can be viewed simultaneously.
Millard's order status page lets list brokers check for order receipt, approval status, ship date and invoicing.
Millard Group, Peterborough, NH, is sending e-mail and postal announcements about this new service to all list brokers that have placed orders for Millard files within the past 24 months.
