Millard Group Inc., Peterborough, NH, said yesterday that its AM/Direct division was awarded management of the Christian Book Distributors insert programs.


The Christian Book Distributors catalog blow-in program consists of more than 9.1 million blow-in opportunities annually and is brand new to the market. The cost of this program is $36/M.


Also, the Christian Book Distributors package insert program is new to AM/Direct and offers 1.8 million packages per year. The price is $66/M.


The Christian Book Distributors catalog sells Christian merchandise such as Bibles, books, videos, CDs, children's products and software. Its buyers are 65 percent female with an average age range of 35-44 and an average order of $70.
