Microsoft is continuing to test its Microsoft-hosted CRM product, Dynamics CRM Live, through its second early-access release of the product. With Dynamics CRM Live, users can combine online services with their existing productivity applications to manage customer information and business processes. Microsoft is expanding the product's access for its customers and partners in the United States and Canada.
