Micro Information Debuts Forms Designer

Micro Information Products, Austin, TX, a producer of fund accounting software for nonprofit organizations, last week announced the availability of the Forms Designer module for its NonProfit Series for Windows. The software will integrate with the NPS General Ledger and creates the design layout for checks, vendor Form 1099s, bills, purchase orders and statements.


The Forms Designer Module gives users the ability to create forms and multi-tab menus make it easier to edit or delete fields from each form. Designers can change the font and content of fields and add customized artwork to form layouts. Other functions the users can perform are: use customized logos or artwork on checks, statements, bills or purchase orders; use multiple headings and addresses on blank check stock; print bank routing codes on blank check stock; insert auto-signatures on checks; and restrict usage and amounts of checks that are auto-signed.
