Meyer, Wolf resign from Acxiom Corp.

Acxiom Corp. said March 30 that CEO and president John Meyer and CFO Christopher Wolf have resigned from the company.

The company's board of directors appointed Jerry Gramaglia, a board member, to serve as interim CEO while it searches for a permanent replacement. Gramaglia previously served as president and COO of E-Trade Group, and as a partner at Arrowpath Venture Partners, a Silicon Valley-based venture capital firm. He has also held marketing or management positions at Nestle, PepsiCo, Imasco and Sprint.
