Metro One Telecommunications Inc. Announces NC Call Center
Metro One Telecommunications Inc., Portland, OR, said earlier this month that it has begun operating a new call center in Charlotte, NC. The center provides enhanced directory assistance for several telecommunications carriers throughout North Carolina and the surrounding areas, including some traffic that currently is handled by existing call centers in Atlanta and Baltimore. The company operates a network of call centers around the country, and handled 142 million calls last year.
