MessageMedia Releases M3eDialog Platform for E-Mail

E-mail marketer MessageMedia Inc. yesterday released M3eDialog, an e-messaging platform that integrates the company's outsourced services into a common architecture.

The Superior, CO, company said the M3 eDialog Platform, which uses its UnityMail e-mail delivery engine, will be available for clients this quarter. Additional features will be offered in the next several months, MessageMedia said.

The eDialog Platform can support e-mail campaigns of any size and can be easily customized to store any type of customer and campaign data. It also includes support for international and double-byte character sets without requiring specialized software.

MessageMedia said that in using the platform, campaigns can be targeted to customer segments depending on user preferences, behavior or demographic information.

In addition to supporting traditional newsletter and direct e-mail marketing campaigns, the software can be used to deliver order confirmations, shipping notices, invoices, special promotions and other transactional data.
