Merkle Opens Boston Office

Database marketing agency Merkle opened an office in Boston yesterday, and the company said it plans to hire up to 100 more employees in three to five years in the area.

The 15,000-square-foot, full-service office is at 500 Nickerson Road, about 45 minutes from downtown Boston. The location will help Merkle support its growing customer base in the Northeast, Merkle president/CEO David Williams said.

In the past year, the company has opened offices in Philadelphia, Denver and Atlanta. A privately held company with headquarters in Lanham, MD, Merkle provides quantitative marketing services and solutions to the financial services, catalog/retail, consumer goods and nonprofit industries.
