The file includes all purchase mortgages, refinancing transactions and home equity loans plus equity lines. Data is available two to four weeks after the mortgage transaction is recorded. The file offers 814,700 prospects at a base price of $110/M.

Residential Land Owners allows marketers to reach residential land parcels in Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Maine and Vermont. The file offers 383,000 prospects at a base price of $110/M.

Subprime Homeowner File is comprised of homeowners with mortgages from lenders and is updated on a weekly basis. These homeowners currently have mortgages with mortgage lenders who primarily lend to homeowners with subprime credit. The file is available at a base price of $110/M.

Weekly Updates of Home buyers database includes the most current weekly updates of New England home buyers. Data is available two to four weeks after property transfer. The file offers 227,500 prospects at a base price of $110/M.

The Commercial Property Database offers 212,000 prospects at a base price of $110/M.

Bankruptcy Filings reaches recent bankruptcy filings in Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island and Maine. The file offers 50,000 prospects at a base price of $110/M.

The Federal and State Tax Liens file offers 23,000 prospects at a base price of $110/M.

Finally, the Weekly Updates of Foreclosure Petitions and Foreclosure Auctions file offers 22,000 prospects at a base price of $250/M.
