Merck Affiliate Picks StayinFront for CRM

Merck Sharp & Dohme Limited implemented the first stage of a multichannel CRM solution using the tools of StayinFront, the Fairfield, NJ, enterprise customer relationship management applications provider said yesterday.


Merck Sharp & Dohme is a New Zealand research-driven pharmaceutical products and services company. It is an affiliate of Merck & Co. Inc. in the United States.


Visual Elk, StayinFront's enterprise-wide solution for managing and integrating customer interaction points, and Panorama, a data analysis and decision-support tool, will be deployed in the staged rollout.


Merck Sharp also will use StayinFront's Healthcare Industry Solution and add-in solutions, including knowledge management, campaign management and call center.
