McCain Web site Contributions Soar after NH

Following his win at the New Hampshire primary, presidential hopeful John McCain's Web sites, mccaininteractive.com and mccain2000.com, received over $1 million in contributions in less then three days, peaking at rate of nearly $20,000 a hour.


The site is a marketing coup for the senator and rakes in over $10,000 a day with total online contributions rising to $2.7 million after the strong New Hampshire showing. Over 8000 new volunteers have also been brought into the McCain camp through the web site in the two days following the win.
