Match Logic, House2Home Team Up

Market Logic, St. Petersburg, FL, yesterday announced that it has formed a partnership with House2Home, a division of HomeBase, Irvine, CA, to provide strategic and tactical loyalty marketing programs through customer relationship management (CRM) efforts. As part of the agreement, a retainer is being included that will cover strategic consulting, creative development, programming, analysis and tactical execution management.

According to Market Logic, it will work with House2Home to develop a relationship marketing and loyalty program that provides customers with relevant information and exclusive value-added rewards. The partnership will emphasize communication with the customer in the most relevant manner, including direct mail, targeted e-mail and in-store marketing campaigns.

Prior to this agreement Market Logic has had a nine-year relationship with HomeBase in which Market Logic assisted it in direct marketing tactical executions. It began working with House2Home in September 2000, for its grand opening and early relationship and acquisition programs. The formal commitment and CRM loyalty program efforts began on the first of this month.
