MasterCard to Sponsor Yoyodyne's EZSpree

Online sweepstakes marketer Yoyodyne (www.yoyobiz.com), New York, and MasterCard International announced a partnership that makes MasterCard the marquee sponsor of Yoyodyne's EZSpree promotion (www.ezspree.com). Through the promotion, which starts Aug. 17, discounts of up to 15 percent will be offered to MasterCard cardholders, and a grand prize of a $100,000 online shopping spree eventually will be awarded.


The promotion will provide free traffic to the more than 400 merchants taking part, including Cyberian Outpost, WalMart and Brookstone. Yoyodyne and MasterCard also will offer a resource for online merchants called MerchantToday.com (www.merchanttoday.com), which provides research on products and news for the online retail market.
