MarsMusic Debuts Online Music Lessons

MarsMusic.com has added a guitar lessons channel to its musical instrument and accessories site, www.marsmusic.com.

The lessons consist of video files that can be downloaded for $11.95 per session. A package deal worth five lessons is also being offered for $47.95.

Mars Music is using London-based Audioworks' Learn2Play technology for the Internet lessons. After downloading Learn2Play, students will be required to connect their instrument to their computer either by attaching a microphone to it or by placing one in front of it.

MarsMusic, Fort Lauderdale, FL, is expected to roll out lesson plans for flute, clarinet, saxophone, trumpet, trombone, piano and bass -- as well as a handful of other instruments -- during the upcoming weeks.
